By reporting directly to the IBM Global Chief AI Officer, sparked an intense collaboration with the IBM Design Program Office to work with IBM's AI Distinguish Designer to innovate the mainstream IBM Design Thinking framework and create a new one, that was named IBM Enterprise Design Thinking for Data and AI.
The methodology fundamentally changed IBM’s go-to-market strategy by allowing the company to better enter the data and AI market and increase sales pipeline opportunities. The tools I developed gave business purpose to AI technologies by allowing both business and technical stakeholders to align business needs to AI intents through a common language.
